AdTrafficker is currently in a private beta and available for early access registration via a waitlist. Features and access are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify or restrict access without notice.

- You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software or its content.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials if provided.

4. Waitlist & Communication
By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive updates and occasional promotional communications regarding the platform. You may opt out at any time by contacting us or clicking “unsubscribe” in our emails.
5. Third-Party Services
If you choose to connect third-party ad platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, or Snapchat), you agree to comply with their respective terms of service and policies. MalcolmTaylor.io LLC is not responsible for data handling or performance on those platforms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, feature completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose during the beta period.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MalcolmTaylor.io LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AdTrafficker.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AdTrafficker at our discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in York County, SC.
